Position Overview

Bobyard is seeking a Marketing Manager to build, operate, and scale the programs behind our growth engine. You’ll own the strategy and execution of how we generate and engage demand — spanning events, content, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and analytics.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically and execute precisely — planning events, developing content, managing budgets, and analyzing performance to improve pipeline quality and conversion. You’ll blend storytelling with operational rigor to drive growth and brand impact across every trade we serve.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the marketing engine — manage the systems and workflows that connect campaigns, events, and content to pipeline and revenue.

  • Manage content and storytelling — develop case studies, newsletters, website content, and sales collateral aligned with Bobyard’s brand and customers.

  • Drive website and brand presence — keep the site up to date, improve messaging, and ensure consistency across all channels.

  • Launch campaigns — execute email, content, and partner marketing initiatives that engage prospects and customers.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally — partner with Sales, Product Engineering, and Product to source insights and develop meaningful content.

  • Manage partnerships — support partner marketing initiatives and co-marketing programs to expand reach and pipeline.

  • Monitor budgets and performance — track spend, engagement, and pipeline contribution; optimize for quality and ROI.

  • Build reporting and insights — analyze campaign and funnel performance to improve conversion and effectiveness.

  • Run experiments and optimizations — iterate on messaging, content, and programs to continuously improve results.

Desired Attributes

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing (SaaS, industrial, or similar environments).

  • Strong experience with events, content, and cross-functional marketing execution.

  • Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.

  • Understanding of funnel metrics, lead quality, and campaign performance.

  • Comfortable working closely with Sales and technical teams.

  • Builder mindset — organized, resourceful, and able to execute across multiple workstreams.

  • Excellent communicator who can translate customer insights into compelling marketing.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary plus equity options (target $130k - $160k base + equity).

  • Opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic, driven team.

  • Build a massive company.
